RAS was founded in Munich to make business process automation accessible to every company — not just corporations with million-euro budgets. Out of this conviction first came software bots, integrations and custom solutions for SMEs.
Today our work goes further: with Ejra we've built our own AI assistant that handles calls, chats and e-mails in service centers — proving in production every day that AI can be more than a buzzword.
